At Klassy Network, we want you to love your styles, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
